All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging that is undamaged. For babycarriers to be returned they must not have been registered for warranty.
Any warranty claims must go through the babycarrier brand directly. If you need any assistance with this we are more than happy to help.
We accept returns for refund, exchange or store credit if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect to what was ordered.
Process for return: Please contact us via info@hillsbabywearing.com.au quoted your name, order number and reason for return request along with any photos to support your request.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not give refunds for gift vouchers.
Once your return has been received you will receive an email within 24 hours to let you know if your request has been successful. Once accepted, your refund, exchange or store credit will be applied within 2 business days.
Hills Babywearing Group reserves the right to deduct any return postage fees from your refund.
